Saying the words Corsair Vengeance elicits sighs of yearning both from pimply faced gamers and executive professionals who work with graphics. It’s a standard not only because of the underlying power, reliability and build quality it entails. But also because of the prestige and look of these memory units. This is the computer RAM that people who use words like ‘cord management’ want and sometimes, even need.

I’ve never understood why versions of RAM that are two Gen behind the newest model can cost just as much or more than RAM that is only one gen behind the newest model, but for some reason that seems an inevitable reality. And so it happens when looking to buy DDR3 Desktop RAM.

• Sometimes memory can be damaged during shipping, so make sure to run mdsched.exe on your windows computer to see the memory is running well.
